Provide onsite support, troubleshooting of PC hardware, software and network failures

Provide PC installation and configuration

Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain workstation and related peripherals

Installation and configuration of operating systems, drivers, software patches and other PC peripherals

Coordinate with equipment vendors and 3rd party suppliers to resolve the problem

Provide helpdesk service to end-user

NITEC in IT or GCE 'O'/'N' Level with relevant experience

Knowledgeable on MS office, WinXP, Vista etc

Knowledgeable on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Indesign would be advantageous

Knowledge in Windows networking, wireless connect and VPN configuration

Self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision

Malaysians and freelancers are most welcome

Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries Order processing

Handling of inbound and outbound calls

Marketing & Sale activities on company's IT products and services

Promoting partnership with industrial players to expand level of service

Monthly review of sales performance, action plans and customer issues

Minimum NITEC in IT

Good customer service & communication skills

High passionate about selling IT products and services

Mature, result-motivated, sales-driven and able to work independently

Self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision

Willing to travel locally and across Malaysia

Sales experience (preferably in the IT industry)
